Extended Learning Opportunities Program (ELOs)
As spring is upon us, it's time to share some summer opportunities for students interested in unique, authentic learning experiences. These experiences do have a cost (scholarships available) and are run by community organizations.
CoastX:delivers hands-on, ocean-based experiential programs that empower middle and high school students to develop the skills and insights needed to tackle real-world coastal challenges.
https://www.coastx.org/
Sea Challenge: The heart and soul of the Sail Portsmouth mission, providing
opportunities for teenagers to participate in experiential/adventure training aboard tall ships.

Students interested in making an experience part of an ELO should see ELO Coordinator, Mr Scully.
Parents should feel free to reach out with any questions-open to middle and high school students.

Congratulations to Marshwood Seniors Student athletes Eva Hersey and Micaiah Perodin as the reps for our school at the annual SMAA Citizenship Banquet!!
