National School Lunch Week is October 15-18!
President John F. Kennedy created National School Lunch Week in 1962 to promote the importance of a healthy school lunch in a child’s life, and the impact it has both in and out of the classroom.
The Marshwood school lunch program serves more than 1400 students per day! Meals are freshly prepared on site and meet USDA standards.
As a reminder, in the state of Maine meals are free for all students!
