Rowan Waddell Short Term Rotary Youth Exchange
Rowan, a sophomore at Marshwood High School, is heading to Terni, Italy for three weeks in July, from the 1st through the 23rd. Rowan is sponsored to participate Short Term Rotary Youth Exchange by the South Berwick/Eliot Rotary Club. She will be participating in this exchange with Matilde Nevi from Italy. Matilde will come home with Rowan on July 23rd and will stay until the 13th. Rowan plans to show Matilde lobstering. She told Rowan she loves seafood and the beaches that are found in our beautiful seacoast area. Rowan hopes to learn about Matilde’s culture, see the beautiful Italian architecture and return with many memories.
