Caring Unlimited

Did you know that February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month? To shed light on this important issue, the MHS School Counseling Department partnered with Caring Unlimited on Wednesday, February 12th, for an engaging and interactive session on healthy relationships. Through dynamic role-playing conversations, students explored real-life scenarios, asked thoughtful questions, and gained valuable insights from a Caring Unlimited representative. They also had the opportunity to access helpful resources, empowering them to recognize and foster healthy relationships in their own lives.

In addition, our school counselors visited 9th grade English classes for a brief presentation on Healthy Relationships/Friendships and how important they are in our lives. Conversations included key components of healthy relationships, how to navigate challenges in relationships/friendships and tips on creating healthy relationships/friendships. We hope this information is valuable and helps students improve life-long relationships.
