Great News from Marshwood High School
After finishing as NH champions and winning gold in the Northeast Regional Championships in May, Annabelle Getchell and her boatmate, Hannah Bogle, fought hard all weekend and ended up qualifying for the finals and placing 6th in the nation in the U17 doubles at the US Rowing Youth Championships in Sarasota, Florida.
This is an especially impressive accomplishment as they have only been in this division for a few short months and are the youngest boat who qualified for the finals. Annabelle is a freshman at Marshwood High School and Hannah is a freshman at Oyster River High School.
