On December 6 the Central School 3rd graders traveled to the Rochester Opera House to see a performance of The Nutcracker Ballet. The beautiful, antique theater and the magical performance had the students totally engaged! Seeing the ballet is especially valuable for the students because they perform their own version of The Nutcracker. Being able to make connections to scenes, characters, and music was so enjoyable for the students.
Our Central PTO generously sponsors this trip for the students, teachers, and chaperones. We are so appreciative of the opportunity they provide!!
